At Everyroom, we want you to love your home; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all furniture and decor are returned in their original packaging and unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule Collection

  For large furniture pieces, our specialist carrier will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time, while smaller accents can be dropped off at any authorized shipping point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
